What time is check in and check out?

Usually, check-in is from 2 pm to 9 pm, check-out by 11 am.
If you have special requirements, there is a “over” check-in service: for arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00, the service fee is € 30.00, after 23.00 is € 50.00.

I do not have credit cards, can I pay on arrival?

Of course, you can pay the full amount (deposit included) in cash upon arrival. For stays longer than two days you will receive a 5% discount.

How can I change/cancel a reservation?

Cancellation / modification of the reservation at Holiday Home Rome can be done at no extra charge up to 15 days before the arrival date; just send an email with the booking details to booking @ holidayhome-rome. it

I just booked. How do I receive confirmation?

You will receive a summary of your booking by email, with contact person information and key delivery information.

Are there extra charges in addition to those for the rental of the apartment?

The rates shown on the apartment webpages are per night for the entire apartment. Additionally, the final cleaning fee (from 25 to 35 euros depending on the apartment) and the City tax, which is € 3.50 per night per person, is added to a maximum of 10 nights. Children under ten years are exempted from the contribution.
The cost of the stay tax is payable at check-in at the apartment.

Where do I find the keys to the apartment?

Keys will be delivered directly to the apartment upon check-in.

Is it necessary to pay a security deposit?

The security deposit is required only in some apartments, you will be indicated in the confirmation e-mail of the booking.
The amount of the deposit will be paid in cash upon check-in and will be returned at the end of the stay, subject to any damage to the apartment and its furnishings.

Is there a transfer service?

Of course, you can book our transfer from/to Fiumicino airport at the agreed 50 euro (60 euro for a 4/5 pax), while the Ciampino airport is 40 Euros (Euro 50 for a 4/5 pax). To book the service you will need to inform us at least 48 hours before arrival / departure the following details: airline, flight number, airport, check-in / check-out time.
Payment to the driver directly.
